The Arbor Mews site has been busy over the past couple weeks with crews installing the finishing touches for the underground water systems. With the stormwater drains and water meter access in place and footing excavation already underway, it won’t be long before the foundations are poured for the DeKalb Street building, the first of three townhouse buildings in the community.
While it is hard to see on site, work has continued at Arbor Mews, placing the necessary water, sewer and storm drains underground. Grading the site is next-all in preparation for construction of the first set of townhouses on DeKalb Street.
