And then there were two

Posted on January 9, 2016, updated on January 9, 2016 by Arbor Mews

facesThis weekend our 20th homeowner will be moving into Arbor Mews. They will join a vibrant community of friendly, fun-loving folks who have already enjoyed their second homeowners’ party, which was held in our model home.

Speaking of our model home, while it has only been open since May, we are converting the sales center back into a roomy attached garage and the selections room will once again be a ground floor den/study now that all the homes have been completed. The model will still be open Friday through Monday from noon to 6 PM for the next few weeks or until some lucky buyer snaps up this professionally -decorated home, which includes window treatments and custom paint colors.  The furnishings will then be sold (let us know if you are interested in purchasing any of them).  The model home, a Porter floor plan listed at $177,085, will be ready for delivery early in February. See photos of this home here.

The only other home that remains for sale is our Knox home on lot 15, with ground-floor living area and its own garage, which is priced at $147,545 and is ready for immediate delivery. See the Knox floor plan here.

Either the Porter model home or the end-unit Knox have up to $10,000 in closing costs available to first-time homebuyers who qualify for this grant money. Special affordable financing without additional Private Mortgage Insurance fees (PMI) is also available. You can see if you qualify here or call our sales center to discuss why Arbor Mews can cost less than renting.

This is a great opportunity to own a brand new, low-maintenance home with financial incentives you just cannot find in a resale home. They are almost gone. Don’t miss your chance to become part of Arbor Mews!

TSharonhat old adage applies to Arbor Mews.  We just opened our model home in May, and we are already down to our last Fornance and last Rittenhouse homes.

If those popular models are too large for your needs, we have just two more chances to “Get In on the Ground Floor” with our most affordable Knox model.  Starting at just $142,900, this floor plan’s main living area, powder room and garage are located at ground level.  A total payment below $1,195 is possible with one of our several below-market mortgage programs offered.

And only a few more buyers will receive the grant money that pays all your closing costs up to $10,000 if you are qualified.

All these homes will be ready for move in by year end. But if you want something sooner, we have one quick-delivery Porter model available right now.  The price of $161,280 includes free stainless appliances including a stainless refrigerator!

Contact Sales Manager Sharon Dienno at 484-401-6200 or info@arbormews.com before your favorite floor plan is gone to see if you qualify to own a brand new home with less than $5,000 total cash before the homes at Arbor Mews are all gone.
